What it does
Reconstructs, not blurs
LaMa continues texture and straight edges through the hole. A blur or a black box is still a mark on the picture; this is not.

Before you start
Only remove watermarks from footage you own or have permission to modify. A watermark is usually an ownership or attribution mark, and stripping one off someone else's work to republish it is copyright infringement in most places — regardless of what this tool is technically able to do. Legitimate uses are your own footage, material you have licensed, and marks you put there yourself. Your uploads and results are stored against your account so you can find them again, and are visible to nobody else.
